Laboratory Technicians-Integral Members of the Dental Team

A lecture series devoted to the education of the dental laboratory technician

 

 Support our local dental laboratories and encourage them to take advantage of educational opportunities right in their own backyard.  The Education Center will be hosting a variety of continuing education courses designed to keep the laboratory technician on the leading edge of technology and dental materials while improving communication between practitioners.

 

Recognizing the importance of effective communication with our local dental laboratories, this course has been developed to keep the dental laboratory technician up to date on trends in dentistry, and establish them as a vital member of the dental team.  There will be opportunities to interact with local dentists to discuss and implement ways to improve communication and the delivery of superior patient care.  Together we can set the stage for a commitment to dental excellence!

Cost:                $20 per session (light dinner served)

            Register early as space is limited     

 

 April 13, 2010           6pm-9pm            Meeting with the Implant Forum of Virginia - Communicating with our  

                                         Dental Laboratories, a discussion with local dentist.

 

May 18, 2010       6pm-9pm            Removable prosthodontic principles for conventional and implant dentures.
