Finally, a course designed to provide the tools necessary to transition the new dentist (1-7 years) into private practice! There are many career paths within the dental profession and putting all the pieces together for success can be overwhelming. We will show you how to lay the foundation for a solid transition to private practice, blending the science and business of dentistry. Each session of this year long continuum will focus on a different topic to begin the groundwork for a successful and rewarding practice in dentistry!

  •     How to put your day together, multitasking to schedule the perfect day
  •     Staff issues, team management, training office personnel, practice leadership

  •     Associateships, practice transitions—the buying approach, starting your own practice
  •     Financing– everyday business management
  •     Clinical pearls, business pearls
  •     Medical/legal issues in clinical practice, Legal issues in business
  •     One-on-one treatment planning sessions
  •     And much much more!

Cost: $250.00 for the year continuum, lunch will be served
